Material Composition & Production
Derived from natural graphite flakes, flexible graphite products—including sheets, foil, tape, and strips—undergo a specialized manufacturing process. Raw graphite is chemically treated and thermally expanded at high temperatures, forming exfoliated "graphite worms" with a bulk density of ~0.003 g/cm³. These expanded particles are then compressed into rolls or sheets without binders or fillers, ensuring high purity and enhanced performance.
