Built from high-purity expanded graphite with precision lamination and customizable forming, this series delivers reliable, long-term sealing performance under extreme temperature fluctuations, corrosive media, and ultra-low outgassing requirements.
Manufacturing Process
Produced from high-purity natural graphite flakes, our material undergoes chemical intercalation followed by rapid thermal expansion at 800–1000°C, creating worm-like expanded graphite with a bulk density of approximately 3 kg/m³. Without binders or chemical additives, the exfoliated graphite is compacted into rolls or sheets to achieve stable performance and carbon purity above 99%. This structure ensures excellent flexibility, thermal stability, and vacuum compatibility for critical industrial sealing systems.
