Our graphite gasket sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1.0 to 3mm. We recommend choosing the thinnest sheet suitable for your application for optimal performance. Each sheet is composed of two layers of pure flexible graphite with a 0.2 - 0.25mm perforated metal insert. The metal insert can be 0.2 - 0.25mm carbon steel (tinplate), or options like ss201, 304, 316. You can also select from different carbon contents: 95%, 97%, 98%, or 99%.
